On Becoming Catalysts of Change
Hi Friend! Welcome to the Creative Mystic. Here we talk about a Soul Revolution in the making, both yours and mine. Topics of awaking, remembering, and self-discovery are all on the menu. Mother nature is an excellent teacher in transformation. She creates, grows and destroys with breathtaking brilliance. Her might has been felt all over the globe. She is speaking to us. It’s time we listen.
Globally we are in trying times. Nearly every nation stands on a precipice, awaiting a change in the wind for a new paradigm to emerge. Our beloved Earth is also whirling with change. As she attempts to balance herself between extreme heats and bitters colds, her way seems harsh; yet it’s simply nature.
In my studies of ancient wisdom one thread is woven in all the narratives: We are one.
This is a collective “one” that includes all the kingdoms of nature, humanity, and the elements. The stars and other planets add another layer to our collective. The vast implications of our oneness is breathtaking when we allow our minds to grasp the filaments of truth.
The edges of our connection with the universal collective have worn thin or are non-existent. The gratitude for the earth kingdoms are also scant. In many places the change of seasons, the harvest of food, the renewal of life are missed due to the comforts of progress which create a detachment to the process of survival.
It’s time to find our way back to a life that honors all. It’s time to remember we are only one point inside the great mass of life.
I realize this is concept may seem foreign, possibly crazy. Yet, how are we to continue forward without taking into account all the life that is threatened by those that thrive? When will be learn to honor the plants, animals, as well as other cultures and their beliefs without judgement or dismissal?
A solution offered is to discover the truth of who we are as individuals. Beyond the confines of social pressures, trends and the false face lies a pure state of being. The soul-self has largely been silenced since childhood. Together I believe we can help each other remember.
When we allow ourselves the freedom to know who we truly are we become catalysts of change; we can bring more love, more grace, more light into the dark corners of life for each person we meet.
We can co-create this new paradigm with each other. The soul-self within is a spark of Divine Spirit that resides within each of us. This is the innate quality that is required to move forward in alignment with Truth.
We cannot heal the wounds within if we do not heal the wounds of our Earth. The process walks hand in hand together. We are all aligned as one. We are each a brilliant star in the galaxy of life.
The importance of this conversation can not be overstated. We need to talk freely of the imbalance within ourselves and our countries. We need to acknowledge our destructive tendencies. There is freedom found in gathering together to nurture strengths and witness weaknesses while creating a new age that benefits all— nature, humanity, and the fiery heavens.
My birthday was last week. Another year around the sun does wonders for perspective. Today I offer a gift for contemplation:
I’ve gathered some wisdom from the Earth that highlights some key steps in transformation. Gathered on my birthday these are simple examples of natures wonder. Let these be reminders of the nature that resides within as well as without. May they offer you pathways in self-exploration.
Wind: Unwinding of life. Blowing through the resources that no longer serve you, this is generally the first step of transformation when life is no longer supporting the growth your soul desires.
Water: Tears, emotional outburst, lost within the changes. The weight of water is what bursts opens the connection with Spirit. Water pushes you out of your comfort zone and into the center space of knowing without distraction.
Fire: The inner light that guides you through the dark night of the soul. Fire burns but it also heals. The cleansing nature of fire has been demonized through ancestral legacy. It’s time to reclaim the birth that fire brings.
Earth: The grounding of a new life that is present in the now. Free from the confines of a tight space we emerge balanced, clear, ready for the new life we have created through transformation.
