My heart wants you to know that wherever you are, in whatever state this message finds you, that a gift is awaiting you and it’s just outside your door.
Please go outside and let the sun greet you. Let the sounds of nature bathe you. Sense the marvelous revolution of life pulsing in all that is living outside the walls of the shelter you occupy. Here is where the gift resides.
My weekly trips to the beach helped me remember that vitality is found outside our constructed shelters. A visit with a simple tree planted in the sidewalk in the middle of a dense city scape will offer the same wisdom that my trip to the beach will. Open to the idea and receive. The subtle shift in the body after five minutes of intended connection with nature will bring dividends, promise.
My heart also wants you to know: You are loved.
