Beautifully written. I too am in the process of learning a different perspective of letting go. I noticed that as I go through my day, I would hold on to every little moment. Every little experience or exchange. This was anxiety. I’ve been learning to let go of the moment while in the moment, so that I can relax and be present in the moment. It’s definitely an ongoing process 😆
Yes, the loop of being conscious of the moment while simply being in the moment is a task of giants. What I’m discovering for myself is that it’s more about how I respond versus react to any stimulus in the moment that is the most important. When I’m still in nature and nothing is pressing for a response then the only struggle is my mind needing to be elsewhere.
